Noles Inspections LLC offers many services. Be sure to check back periodically as our list of services will grow to serve all of your inspection needs. I currently offer:
- Pre-Listing Inspections
- Pre-Purchase Inspections
- General/Anytime Home Inspection/Consultations
- One Year Builder Warranty Inspection
- Pool Inspections
- Sprinkler system operation
- Thermal Imaging if a suspect area is observed
- Foundation Elevation Measurements
- Pre-purchase or leasing of small to medium apartment complex.
Common sample type inspections below:
- Pre-Listing Inspection:
This inspection is performed before your home is put on the market, allowing time for potential repairs before a buyer arrives on the scene. It is my experience that a shorter deficiency list from the buyers inspector, means an easier closing.
- Pre-Purchase Inspection:
This inspection is generally performed on behalf of the buyer after the house has been listed, but before closing. It points out potential issues that buyers may not have the ability to see themselves.
- General/Anytime Home Inspection:
Noles Inspections LLC can perform an inspection for you at anytime. Maybe you're curious about a system or component in your home and need licensed, professional advice. We are able to perform partial inspections of any portion of your home for a reasonable fee.
- Phased Inspections:
This inspection is performed periodically throughout the construction process. It creates the opportunity for structural deficiencies to be recognized before being covered over. I wish this type of inspection were more prevalent, providing confidence for the homeowner that each construction phase was observed and reported on by a licensed professional.
- One Year Builder Warranty Inspection:
This inspection is performed before the one year warranty provided by your builder expires. You will want this inspection to help find defects and have them fixed by the builder. If the warranty expires, you will have to pay out of your own pocket for repairs. This type of inspection can help you save money!
- "Punch List" Inspection:
This inspection can be very beneficial to you, especially if performed while the contractor is on site. Many cosmetic issues are found by homeowners during a final walk through, but Noles Inspections LLC can help you identify more technical issues that can potentially cause problems down the road.
- Pool Inspection:
This inspection is listed by TREC as an optional system and requires a separate certification to perform. Remember, you don't have to have an entire home inspection in order to get your pool inspected. Call or email me anytime for a pool inspection.
- Irrigation System "Lawn Sprinklers":
This inspection is listed by TREC as an optional system. The sprinkler system is tested for adequate function.
